• رح استلم الطرد من البريد، وبعدها رح اروح عالبيت.: I will pick up the package from the post office, and after that I will go home.

• السبت خالتي رح تجي عالبيت، وامي بدها تطبخ غدا.: On Saturday my maternal aunt will come to the house, and my mother wants to cook lunch.
• جنب المزرعة في نهر، والولاد كانوا عم يلعبوا جنبه.: Next to the farm there is a river, and the boys were playing next to it.
• خالتي بتحب تقعد عالبلكون وتشرب قهوة لما الجو بيكون هادي.: My maternal aunt likes to sit on the balcony and drink coffee when the weather is quiet.
• خالي وخالتي بدهم يروحوا عالمزرعة السبت الصبح.: My maternal uncle and aunt want to go to the farm on Saturday morning.
• التلاتا بعد الدرس رح اشوف زميلة بالجامعة ونقعد سوا.: On Tuesday after class I will see a female classmate at the university and we will sit together.
• اذا الجو منيح السبت، منطلع عالجبل من الصبح ونرجع قبل المسا.: If the weather is nice on Saturday, we will go up to the mountain in the morning and come back before the evening.
• لما وصلنا عالضيعة، لقيت عمي وعمتي قاعدين قدام البيت وعم يشربوا شاي.: When we arrived at the village, I found my uncle and aunt sitting in front of the house and drinking tea.
• اخي قاعد عالكنباية وعم يسمع الراديو.: My brother is sitting on the sofa and listening to the radio.
• امي كل يوم بتحط مي للزهرة، والقطة بتقعد جنبها.: My mother puts water for the flower every day, and the cat sits next to it.
• الصبح رحت عالمخبز وبعدها عالبقالة يلي جنب البيت.: In the morning I went to the bakery and then to the grocery store next to the house.
• اشتريت كيلو تفاح من البقالة وخبز طازة من المخبز.: I bought a kilo of apples from the grocery store and fresh bread from the bakery.
• السباك اجا بكير وقال انو الحنفية بدها تصليح مشان التسريب.: The plumber came early and said that the faucet needs repair because of the leak.
• كنت بدي اتصل بكهربجي كمان، لانه اللمبة بالغرفة عم تطفي وترجع.: I also wanted to call an electrician, because the light in the room keeps going off and coming back on.
• الكهربجي جاب سلك جديد وقال انو سلك الضو القديم لازم يتغير.: The electrician brought a new wire and said that the old light wire has to be changed.
• جبت مكنسة كهربا جديدة، لان القديمة عطلانة وما عم تشتغل منيح.: I got a new vacuum cleaner, because the old one is broken and is not working well.
• لقيت الكاوية بالصندوق يلي تحت السرير، وكويت البنطلون كمان.: I found the iron in the box under the bed, and I ironed the pants too.
• المقص بالصندوق الكبير، والورقة بالجارور الصغير.: The scissors are in the big box, and the paper is in the small drawer.
• اذا بدك، هات المقص من الجارور وحطو فوق الطاولة.: If you want, bring the scissors from the drawer and put them on the table.
• الخبز بالمخبز طازة الصبح، ومشان هيك بروح بكير.: The bread at the bakery is fresh in the morning, and that is why I go early.
• بعد المطر، صار التراب قدام البيت مبلول، وما قدرنا نقعد تحت الشجرة.: After the rain, the soil in front of the house became wet, and we could not sit under the tree.
• الكهربجي رجع بعد الظهر وتاكد انو السلك الجديد صار منيح.: The electrician came back in the afternoon and made sure that the new wire was good.
• رجعت الكهربا بعد شوي، وصار في ضو بالغرفة.: The electricity came back on after a little while, and there was light in the room.
• السجاد مبلول، ومشان هيك حطيته عالبلكون.: The rug is wet, and that is why I put it on the balcony.
• امبارح كنت تعبان، ومشان هيك ما رحت عالشغل.: Yesterday I was tired, and that is why I did not go to work.
