Usages of bù

我wǒ　不bú　是shì　老师lǎoshī。wǒ bú shì lǎoshī.
I am not a teacher.

Note how bù (falling tone) changes it's pronunciation to bú (rising tone) when followed by a falling tone.

这zhè　个gè　人rén　不bú　是shì　老师lǎoshī。zhè gè rén bú shì lǎoshī.
