• من دیروز به خانه آمدم و کتاب را آوردم.: Yesterday I came home and brought the book.
• من به آن مغازه رفتم و شیر را خریدم.: I went to that shop and bought the milk.
• امروز دیر به مدرسه رفتم و خسته بودم، اما تو را دیدم.: Today I went to school late and I was tired, but I saw you.
• تو آن دختر را دیروز در بازار دیدی؟: Did you see that girl at the market yesterday?
• بله، آن دختر را دیدم و با او صحبت کردم.: Yes, I saw that girl and talked with her.
• من گفتم: «اگر پول داری، این پرتقال را بخر.»: I said, “If you have money, buy this orange.”
