• انا منيح.: I am good.
• انا من هون.: I am from here.
• انا بالشغل هلا وبشوف صديقي هون.: I am at work now, and I see my friend here.
• انا بروح عالمطعم مع صديقي.: I am going to the restaurant with my friend.
• انا عم بشرب شاي.: I am drinking tea.
• انا بروح عالشغل من هاد الشارع.: I go to work from this street.

• انا ما نسيت البنطلون بالمحل، اخدته معي عالبيت.: I did not forget the pants in the shop; I took them home with me.
• اختي بتحب القهوة، بس انا بحب الشاي.: My sister likes coffee, but I like tea.
• انا غسلت الصحن وحطيت الكاسة بالتلاجة بعد الغدا.: I washed the plate and put the glass in the fridge after lunch.

• اليوم انا مبسوط لانه خلصت شغلي بكير.: Today I am happy because I finished my work early.
• انا غسلت شعري الصبح قبل ما اروح عالشغل.: I washed my hair in the morning before I went to work.
• المصعد وصل عالطابق التاني، بس انا طلعت عالدرج.: The elevator reached the second floor, but I went up the stairs.
• انا ما بشرب عصير كل يوم، بس بحب عصير البرتقال مع الفواكه.: I do not drink juice every day, but I like orange juice with fruit.
• هاي السلطة فيها خيار وخس، وانا بحبها مع شوية فلفل.: This salad has cucumber and lettuce, and I like it with a little pepper.
