How do we get 'aura' from 'il y a'?
Il y a (there is/there are) is built with the verb avoir (to have). In the futur simple, avoir takes the irregular stem aur-. When you add the standard il/elle/on ending -a, you get il y aura (there will be). Here, it is wrapped in the negative ne ... pas to make il n'y aura pas.
Why is it 'pas de' instead of 'pas une' before 'technologie'?
This is a strict rule in French: when a sentence becomes negative, indefinite articles like un or une change to de. So, even though we might say 'not a perfect technology' in English, French requires pas de technologie.
Why does parfaite come after technologie?
Most French adjectives are placed immediately after the noun they describe. Only a specific group of common, short adjectives (often memorized with the acronym BAGS for Beauty, Age, Goodness, Size) go before the noun. Since parfaite does not fit the BAGS rule, it follows its noun.
