Nouns ending in -tà (and -tù) are almost always feminine. As you are learning in this lesson, nouns ending in an accented vowel are invariable, meaning their ending doesn't change in the plural. If you needed to say "creativities", it would remain creatività, and you would just change the article to le. Here, we can easily see it is singular and feminine because the adjective molta agrees with it.

Why do we use molta instead of molto here?

Because it is acting as an adjective modifying the noun creatività. Since creatività is feminine singular, the adjective must agree in gender and number, becoming molta. If molto were acting as an adverb modifying a verb or an adjective (like in "I sleep a lot" or "very big"), it would remain unchanged as molto.

Why is "than me" translated as di me instead of che me?

When comparing two distinct people or things (here, Tu and me) using a noun or pronoun, you use di for "than". You generally use che when comparing two qualities of the same subject (like comparing two adjectives, two verbs, or two quantities).
