Usages of aru
映画館 は 駅 前 に あります。eigakan ha eki mae ni arimasu.
The movie theater is in front of the station.
駅 で 左 に 曲がる と、 バス停 が あります。eki de hidari ni magaru to, basutei ga arimasu.
If you turn left at the station, there is a bus stop.
右 の 道 に 新しい 信号 が あります。migi no miti ni atarasii singou ga arimasu.
There is a new traffic light on the road to the right.
