Usages of لو

• لو معاك وقت، ممكن تيجي معايا البنك؟: If you have time, can you come with me to the bank?
• لو راسك بتوجعك، لازم تشتري دوا من الصيدلية.: If your head hurts, you have to buy medicine from the pharmacy.
• لو هي لسه تعبانة بكرة، ممكن تروح للدكتورة بعد الشغل.: If she is still tired tomorrow, she can go to the doctor after work.
• الدوا ده كويس لو راسك بتوجعك.: This medicine is good if your head hurts.
• لو حضرتك عندك سؤال، ممكن تسال الدكتورة.: If you have a question, you can ask the doctor. (polite)
• لو عندك سؤال عن المكان، اسال في الصيدلية.: If you have a question about the place, ask at the pharmacy.
• لو ماعندكش رقم الدكتورة، اسال في المستشفى.: If you don't have the doctor's number, ask at the hospital.
• لو النت بطيء في البيت، ممكن تشتغل من الجامعة.: If the internet is slow at home, you can work from the university.
• لو المطعم مفتوح بعد الشغل، ممكن نروح المطعم.: If the restaurant is open after work, we can go to the restaurant.
• انا بكره اقرا في القطر لو المحطة زحمة.: I hate reading on the train if the station is crowded.
• انا بتفرج على فيلم لو عندي وقت اكتر بعد الشغل.: I watch a movie if I have more time after work.
• لو معاك وقت، ممكن تساعدني في البيت؟: If you have time, can you help me at home?
• لو حضرتك عايز حاجة تاني، قول لي.: If you want something else, tell me. (polite)
• لو الموعد اتاخر، هستنى على الكرسي واقرا في الكتاب.: If the appointment is delayed, I will wait on the chair and read the book.
• لو ما فهمتش الدرس، ممكن اسال الزميلة بعد الاجتماع.: If I do not understand the lesson, I can ask the female coworker after the meeting.
• لو المطر لسه نازل، مش هقدر اتمشى في الشارع.: If it is still raining, I will not be able to walk in the street.
• لو حضرتك قابلت الجيران، ممكن تقول لهم ان صوت الكلب عالي شوية؟: If you meet the neighbors, can you tell them that the dog's sound is a little loud? (polite)
• ينفع تشتري كمان خيار وعصير لو معاك فلوس؟: Can you also buy cucumbers and juice if you have money with you?
• لو الملح كتير، ممكن نحط شوية طماطم كمان في الصلصة.: If the salt is too much, we can add some more tomatoes to the sauce.
• لو خلص الزيت، هانزل اجيب زيت من تحت البيت في نص ساعة.: If the oil runs out, I will go down and get oil from downstairs in half an hour.

• لو نسيت كلمة السر، افتحي التطبيق وشوفي الرسالة.: If you forget the password, open the app and look at the message.
• لو عندك نسخة من الورق، هاتهالي عشان ابعتها للموظف.: If you have a copy of the papers, bring it to me so I can send it to the employee.
• لو لقيت جواز السفر، هاتهولي مع البطاقة.: If you find the passport, bring it to me with the ID card.
• هنوصل تقريبا الساعة سبعة لو الشارع مش زحمة.: We will arrive at about seven o’clock if the street is not crowded.
• احنا عايزين نعمل رحلة صغيرة يوم الاحد لو الجو حلو.: We want to take a small trip on Sunday if the weather is nice.
• لو الفيشة مش في البريزة، اللمبة مش هتشتغل.: If the plug is not in the outlet, the bulb will not work.
• لو اللمبة مش شغالة، عندنا لمبة تانية في الرف اللي في الممر.: If the bulb is not working, we have another bulb on the shelf in the hallway.
• لو الكمبيوتر اشتغل، هابعت الملف على الايميل.: If the computer starts working, I will send the file by email.
• لو المعنى مش واضح، هات مثال تاني.: If the meaning is not clear, give another example.
• الطلبية دي عليها خصم النهارده لو طلبناها من على الموقع.: This order has a discount today if we order it from the website.
• لو فيه خصم على القميص، انا هختاره بدل البنطلون.: If there is a discount on the shirt, I will choose it instead of the pants.
• لو المثال مش واضح على التليفون، اقريه على الكمبيوتر.: If the example is not clear on the phone, read it on the computer.
• الموقع بيدي خصم تاني لو طلبنا توصيل للمكتب بدل البيت.: The website gives another discount if we order delivery to the office instead of the house.
• لو عملت تمرين من غير ما ترتاح، ضهرك وكتفك ممكن يوجعوك.: If you do a workout without resting, your back and shoulder might hurt.
• لو كتفك او ضهرك وجعك بعد التمرين، لازم ترتاح شوية وما تعملش رياضة كتير.: If your shoulder or back hurts after the workout, you need to rest a little and not do too much exercise.
