• Φοράω ζεστά ρούχα για να είμαι καλά έξω.: I wear warm clothes in order to be okay outside.
• Σήμερα φοράω άνετο παντελόνι και μπλούζα, αλλά κάθομαι σε άβολη καρέκλα.: Today I am wearing comfortable pants and a top, but I am sitting on an uncomfortable chair.
• Στο πάρτι η φίλη μου φόρεσε κόκκινο φόρεμα και μαύρα παπούτσια.: At the party my friend (female) wore a red dress and black shoes.
• Ο νόμος λέει ότι πρέπει να φοράς κράνος όταν οδηγείς ποδήλατο.: The law says that you must wear a helmet when you ride a bicycle.
• Μερικοί άνθρωποι δεν φορούν κράνος στο ποδήλατο, παρόλο που ξέρουν τον νόμο.: Some people do not wear a helmet on the bicycle, even though they know the law.
• Χτες μια αστυνομικός σταμάτησε έναν οδηγό γιατί δεν φόραγε κράνος.: Yesterday a (female) police officer stopped a driver because he wasn’t wearing a helmet.
• Τον χειμώνα φοράω γάντια στο περίπτερο, γιατί έξω κρυώνω πολύ.: In winter I wear gloves at the kiosk, because outside I am very cold.
• Πριν να βγούμε από το σπίτι, η μαμά μου ρωτάει αν φοράμε γάντια, καπέλο και μπουφάν.: Before we go out of the house, my mom asks if we are wearing gloves, a hat, and a jacket.
• Σήμερα φυσάει πολύ και φοράω μπουφάν στο πάρκο.: Today it is very windy and I am wearing a jacket in the park.
• Φοράω γυαλιά όταν διαβάζω, γιατί αλλιώς τα μάτια μου δεν βλέπουν καθαρά.: I wear glasses when I read, because otherwise my eyes don’t see clearly.
