Why is the verb partent in the plural if la plupart is a singular word?
Even though la plupart (most/the majority) is a singular noun, the rule in French is that the verb agrees with the noun that comes right after it. Since clients is plural, the verb takes the plural form partent.
Why is it des clients instead of just de clients?
Usually, expressions of quantity (like beaucoup or un peu) are followed by just de without an article. However, la plupart is an exception that always includes the definite article (le, la, les). Here, de + les clients contracts to make des clients.
Why is there an 's' at the end of satisfaits?
Because satisfaits is describing the customers (les clients), it must agree in gender and number. Since clients is plural, we add an -s to the adjective.
Why do we use du service instead of avec le service for 'with the service'?
In French, to say you are satisfied 'with' something, you use the preposition de (not avec). Here, de combines with the masculine word le service to become the contraction du.
