After prepositions like de (from/of), para (for), and a (to), we have to use prepositional pronouns. Fortunately, the formal "you" doesn't change its shape! It stays exactly the same as the subject pronoun: usted. So "from you" is simply de usted.

Why is there no word for "we" before recibimos?

In Spanish, the ending of the verb tells you who is doing the action. Since only "we" can be the subject for the -imos ending in recibimos, adding the word nosotros (we) is optional. It is usually left out unless you want to add emphasis.

Why does the verb end in -imos instead of -emos?

The dictionary form of this verb is recibir (to receive). Because it is an -ir verb, its "we" form ends in -imos (recibimos). If it were an -er verb (like comer), the ending would be -emos (comemos). It's very common for beginners to mix these two up!
