In Portuguese, the near future is simpler than in English! Instead of "I am going to present", you just use the verb ir (to go) conjugated for the person speaking, followed directly by the infinitive of the main verb. Vou already means "I am going", and apresentar means "to present". You don't need to add extra words for "am" or "to".

Why isn't there an eu (I) at the beginning of the sentence?

In Portuguese, the verb itself usually tells you who is doing the action. Because vou is exclusively the "I" form of the verb ir, the word eu is already understood. You can say Eu vou apresentar, but native speakers typically drop the pronoun unless they want to add special emphasis.

Why is janeiro written with a lowercase letter?

Unlike in English, months of the year (like janeiro, fevereiro, março) are written with a lowercase starting letter in Portuguese, unless they appear at the very beginning of a sentence.
