What is happening with the word trar-nos-á?
This is called mesoclisis (splitting the verb). In European Portuguese, when a verb is in the future tense and takes a pronoun like nos (us), the pronoun is placed right in the middle of the verb. Instead of trará-nos (which is incorrect), we split the future tense verb trará into its stem (trar) and its ending (á), and put nos between them: trar + nos + á.
Why is the first part trar- instead of trazer-?
