Learn Italian: Le elezioni sono domani, che ne scriverà la stampa? - The elections are tomorrow, what will the press write about it?

It replaces delle elezioni (about the elections). In Italian, you use the preposition di to say you are writing about something (scrivere di qualcosa). The little pronoun ne steps in to replace di + the topic, so ne scriverà perfectly translates to "will write about them" or "will write about it."

Why is la stampa at the very end of the sentence?
