Usages of מסמך

• אני ממלאת את הטופס לאט, כי יש שם מסמך אחד שאני לא מבינה.: I fill out the form slowly, because there is one document there that I do not understand.
• אחרי שאני ממלאת את הטופס, אני חותמת על המסמך ונותנת אותו לפקידה.: After I fill out the form, I sign the document and give it to the clerk.
• הפקיד אומר שצריך עוד חתימה על המסמך.: The clerk says that the document needs another signature.
• אחר כך הפקידה מדפיסה את הצילום ונותנת לי שני מסמכים לחתימה.: After that the clerk prints the copy and gives me two documents to sign.
