Questions & Answers about ¡Qué día tan especial!
Why isn't there a word for "a" here, like ¡Qué un día tan especial!?
In English, we say "What a...", but Spanish drops the indefinite article (un or una) after qué in exclamations. You always go straight from qué to the noun.
What does tan do in this sentence? Can I just say ¡Qué día especial!?
Could I use más instead of tan in this exclamation?
I remember that día is an exception and is actually a masculine noun. Does especial need to reflect that?
