Why does probabilmente take the indicative (ha) here instead of the subjunctive?
Adverbs of probability like probabilmente and forse generally take the indicative mood. Even though they express doubt or likelihood, they are used to state a probability as an objective fact. They do not introduce a dependent clause based on subjective personal opinion or emotion the way a phrase like credo che (I believe that) does.
Why is it non ha senso instead of non fa senso for 'makes no sense'?
In English, things 'make' sense, but in Italian, they 'have' sense (avere senso). Be very careful: the phrase fare senso actually exists in Italian, but it is a false friend that means 'to be disgusting' or 'to creep someone out'!
Why is the indicative (capisco) used after anche se? Doesn't it sometimes trigger the subjunctive?
