Why don't blog and post change their endings to show they are plural?

In Italian, nouns that end in a consonant are almost always foreign loanwords, and they are invariable. This means their spelling doesn't change in the plural. So, il blog becomes i blog, and il post becomes i post. Never add an English -s or an Italian -i to them!

If the nouns themselves don't change, how can we tell they are plural here?

The words attached to them give it away! We can see the plural masculine definite article i before both words. Also, the sentence uses the plural adjective tutti (all). If it were singular, it would be tutto il blog e il post.
