Why does envoyés end with an s?
This sentence perfectly shows how past participle agreement works with the helper verb avoir. The past participle envoyé agrees with its direct object, but only because the object comes before the verb. Here, the object is que (which stands for the masculine plural noun les produits). Because les produits is plural, we add an s to get envoyés.
Why doesn't reçu also get an s for les produits?
When a verb uses the helper verb avoir, its past participle only changes if the direct object comes before it. In the first half of the sentence, the direct object (les produits) comes after the verb (a reçu). Therefore, reçu stays in its default singular form without an s.
Why does jamais go in the middle of the verb a reçu?
