The verb is répéter. While the second é changes to a grave accent (è) for most subjects in the present tense (like je répète or ils répètent), this change never happens with nous and vous. For vous, it keeps the original spelling from the infinitive, making it vous répétez.
Why is toujours placed right after the verb instead of before it like in English?
In French, adverbs that tell you how often something happens (like toujours for always, or souvent for often) almost always go immediately after the conjugated verb. You cannot put them between the subject and the verb like we do in English.
