Is the subjunctive verb مدیریت کنید triggered by the conjunction علاوه بر اینکه?
Actually, it is triggered by باید (must) at the beginning of the sentence. علاوه بر اینکه means "in addition to the fact that" and does not force the subjunctive on its own. If you were stating a plain fact instead of an obligation, you would use the indicative: علاوه بر اینکه تیم را مدیریت میکنید (In addition to the fact that you manage the team...).
Why is باید placed before the conjunction instead of right before the main verb?
Putting باید right after شما means the obligation applies to both verbs in the sentence (مدیریت کنید and یاد بگیرید). It is a concise way to avoid repeating the word. If you didn't do this, you would have to say شما علاوه بر اینکه باید تیم را مدیریت کنید، باید فارسی هم یاد بگیرید.
Why is هم included in the second half of the sentence?
When you use علاوه بر اینکه (in addition to) in the first clause, it is very natural to use هم (also/too) or the formal equivalent نیز in the main clause. They act like a pair to strongly emphasize that a second requirement is being added.
Why doesn't the subjunctive verb مدیریت کنید have the بـ prefix like یاد بگیرید does?
مدیریت کردن is a compound verb using the light verb کردن. In modern Farsi, we usually drop the بـ prefix for subjunctive forms of کردن. However, یاد گرفتن uses the light verb گرفتن, which keeps the prefix to become بگیرید.
