Why does موزه (museum) have an extra ی at the end for the Ezafe, but پارک (park) does not?
موزه ends in a silent 'h' which makes an 'e' vowel sound. When a noun ends in a vowel, the Ezafe takes a 'y' sound to prevent two vowels from crashing together, so we add a ی to make it -ye. پارک ends in a consonant (k), so it just takes the standard, unwritten -e sound.
Why are the words in the order موزهی جدید instead of جدید موزه?
In Farsi, nouns almost always come before their adjectives. You say the noun first, attach the Ezafe particle (the -e or -ye sound), and then say the describing word.
