Why is there a se before termină?
In Romanian, the verb for 'to end' or 'to finish' when an event is happening is reflexive: a se termina. Literally, this sentence says the project 'ends itself.' If you just used termină, it would sound like the project is actively finishing some other task!
Why aren't septembrie and octombrie capitalized?
Unlike in English, months of the year and days of the week are not capitalized in Romanian unless they are at the very beginning of a sentence.
