In Portuguese, the verb ending usually tells you who is doing the action. Podemos comes from poder (can/may) and its ending means "we". Because of this, you don't need to add nós (we), though you can if you want to. Also, to make it a question like "can we?", you just use the normal word order and raise your voice at the end!

Why is trazer not changed to match "we"?
