Why do we use sama here instead of sam?
Sama means "by herself" or "alone." It acts like an adjective that must agree with the subject. Since the subject is the feminine pronoun ona (she), we use the feminine singular form sama. If the subject were masculine, it would be on poradzi sobie sam.
Why is the word sobie used after the verb?
It is part of the fixed verb phrase poradzić sobie, which means "to manage," "to cope," or "to handle a situation." While sobie often means "to oneself," in this phrase it doesn't translate literally. Ona poradzi sobie simply means "she will manage."
The translation says "will manage," but there is no future tense word like będzie. Why?
Poradzić sobie is a perfective verb, meaning it focuses on the completion or result of an action. In Polish, when you take a perfective verb and conjugate it with present-tense endings, it automatically creates the future tense! Therefore, poradzi means "will manage."
Why does the adjective nowe end in -e?
