Why does the sentence use azienda instead of compagnia for "company"?
In Italian, azienda or società is used for a business. Compagnia is mostly used for specific things like an airline (compagnia aerea), an insurance company (compagnia di assicurazioni), or to refer to the group of friends you hang out with.
Azienda is feminine, so why doesn't internazionale end in -a?
Adjectives that end in -e in the singular (like internazionale, grande, forte) have the same form for both masculine and feminine nouns. They only change to -i in the plural (internazionali).
Why is it La nostra azienda and not just Nostra azienda?
In Italian, possessive adjectives almost always need the definite article (like il or la) before them. The main exception is with singular close family members (like mio fratello), but since an azienda isn't a family member, it needs the La.
