When you use a modal verb (like volere, to want) followed by an infinitive (compilare, to fill out), you have two choices for object pronouns. You can put the pronoun before the conjugated modal verb (lo volete compilare) or attach it to the end of the infinitive. Both are perfectly correct and mean the exact same thing.

If I want to attach lo to the end of the verb instead, how do I do it?

You drop the final -e from the infinitive compilare and add lo directly to it, creating one single word: compilarlo. The second half of the sentence would then become volete compilarlo insieme?

Does compilare mean "to compile"?

How do we know how many people the speaker is talking to?
