To say "those who" or "people who," use the plural pronoun کسانی followed by the relative marker که.

When "those who" is the direct object, the object marker را attaches to the pronoun, forming کسانی را که:

When "those who" follows a preposition like "with" (با) or "except" (به جز), the preposition simply precedes کسانی:

Splitting the Relative Clause

The relative clause (the part starting with که) doesn't have to sit directly next to کسانی. To make a sentence flow more naturally, it is often pushed to the end of the sentence, separated from کسانی by a verb:

When the group is the subject of the sentence, use کسانی که at the beginning of the clause without any extra markers:
