### The Formula for Lack of Necessity

To link an action to **gerek yok**, turn the verb into a noun and add a possessive suffix to show *who* doesn't need to perform the action.

**Verb Stem** + **-ma / -me** + **Possessive Suffix** + **-a / -e** (Dative) + **gerek yok**

For example, with the verb *yapmak* (to do) for "you" (singular):
- Verb stem: *yap-*
- Verbal noun + possessive: *yapman* (your doing)
- Add dative: *yapmana* (to your doing)
- Add the phrase: *yapmana gerek yok* (you don't need to do it)
