Why do both hablo and estudio end in "-o"?
Both come from regular "-ar" verbs (hablar meaning "to speak", and estudiar meaning "to study"). In the present tense, when you are talking about yourself ("I"), you drop the "-ar" ending and add "-o". That is why hablar becomes hablo and estudiar becomes estudio.
Where is the word for "I" (yo) in this sentence?
In Spanish, you can usually leave out the subject pronoun (like yo, meaning "I") because the ending of the verb already tells us who is doing the action. Since hablo and estudio both end in "-o", it is already clear that "I" am the one speaking and studying. You could say Yo hablo español, but it is perfectly normal and more common to just say Hablo español.
Why aren't the words español and inglés capitalized?
Unlike in English, names of languages and nationalities are not capitalized in Spanish unless they happen to be the very first word of a sentence.
Why does the word inglés have an accent mark?
The accent mark tells you which part of the word to emphasize when you say it out loud. For inglés, the mark over the "e" means you stress that final syllable.
