How do you form the nosotros form for a regular -ir verb like recibir?
For regular -ir verbs, you drop the -ir from the end of the verb and add -imos. So recibir (to receive) becomes recibimos (we receive). Notice how it uses an 'i', which makes it slightly different from -er verbs that end in -emos.
Do I have to use the word nosotros here, or can I just start with recibimos?
You can safely drop nosotros and just start the sentence with Recibimos. In Spanish, the -imos ending on the verb already tells us the subject is 'we', so the extra pronoun is optional and mostly used if you want to add emphasis.
Why does importante come after correo instead of before it?
In English, we say 'important email', but in Spanish, descriptive words (adjectives) almost always come after the thing they are describing (the noun). Because importante describes the correo, it goes second.
