Clientul trebuie să ajungă miercuri și duminică.

From Lesson 48:Days of the week·Romanian

Questions & Answers about Clientul trebuie să ajungă miercuri și duminică.

Why is there no word for "on" before miercuri and duminică?
In English, we say "on Wednesday". In Romanian, you generally don't use a preposition for days of the week when talking about an event happening on that day. You just say the day itself: miercuri means both "Wednesday" and "on Wednesday" in this context.
Why aren't miercuri and duminică capitalized?
Unlike English, Romanian does not capitalize days of the week (or months of the year) unless they happen to be the very first word in a sentence.
The dictionary says "to arrive" is a ajunge. Why is it spelled ajungă in this sentence?
After the word trebuie (must), Romanian uses the linking word să followed by a slightly altered form of the verb. For the third person (he, she, or "the client"), the ending of ajunge changes to an "ă", making it să ajungă.
How does clientul mean "the client" instead of just "client"?
In Romanian, the word for "the" doesn't sit as a separate word before the noun like it does in English. Instead, it attaches to the end of the noun! For most masculine words like client, you add -ul to the end to get clientul (the client).
