Isn't trabalho a noun meaning 'a job'?
It can be! O trabalho means 'the job' or 'the work'. However, here it is the 'I' form of the verb trabalhar (to work). In Portuguese, the noun and the 'I' form of a regular verb often look and sound exactly the same.
Can I drop the eu and just say Trabalho de manhã?
Yes, absolutely! Because the verb ends in -o (trabalho), it already tells the listener that 'I' am the one doing the working. Native speakers leave out subject pronouns like eu (I) and tu (you) all the time.
How do I combine this with a specific clock time, like 'at 9 in the morning'?
