Questions & Answers about Capisco tutto subito.
Why is the verb capisco and not just capo?
Capire (to understand) belongs to a special group of -ire verbs. For most forms in the present tense (I, you, he/she/it, and they), you must insert -isc- between the root of the verb (cap-) and the ending (-o). That gives us capisco.
How do you pronounce the -sc- in capisco?
Why isn't the word io (I) in this sentence?
In Italian, you usually drop subject pronouns like io (I). The -o ending on capisco already makes it perfectly clear that "I" am the one understanding.
