• לפני שאנחנו שוכרים דירה, כדאי שנקרא את החוזה לאט.: Before we rent an apartment, we should read the contract slowly.
• בעלת הבית אומרת שהחוזה מוכן לחתימה.: The landlady says that the contract is ready for signing.
• כדאי שתשאלי את הדיירים האחרים אם הם כבר קראו את החוזה.: You should ask the other tenants if they have already read the contract.
• מה התאריך היום, ובאיזה תאריך אנחנו אמורים לחתום על החוזה?: What is the date today, and on what date are we supposed to sign the contract?
