Learn French: Où est-ce que tu t'entraînes souvent ?

In English, we usually say "often work out", putting the adverb before the verb. But in French, adverbs of frequency like souvent (often) go directly after the conjugated verb. Here, the verb is t'entraînes, so souvent comes right after it.

Why do we use est-ce que after Où?
