From Lesson 339:Attitude adverbs·Finnish

Questions & Answers about Tämä mallisto on oletettavasti tehty silkistä. Se tuntuu nimittäin niin pehmeältä.

How does the placement of oletettavasti work here?
Oletettavasti (presumably) is a sentence-modifying adverb of attitude. In Finnish, these adverbs typically sit right between the auxiliary verb (on) and the main verb participle (tehty) in compound tenses.
Why is nimittäin placed after the verb tuntuu instead of at the beginning of the sentence?
Nimittäin (after all / you see) is an explanatory adverb that almost never starts a sentence in Finnish. Instead, it naturally anchors itself in the second position of the clause, usually right after the first main element or finite verb (here, after tuntuu).
Why do we use the elative case for silkistä?
When stating the raw material something is manufactured from, Finnish uses the elative case (-sta / -stä). It gives the sense that the item is physically made out of that material.
As a refresher, why is pehmeä in the ablative case (pehmeältä)?
Verbs of sensation like tuntua (to feel), näyttää (to look), and kuulostaa (to sound) generally require the adjective describing the sensation to take the ablative case (-lta / -ltä).
