From Lesson 304:Noun apposition·Farsi

Questions & Answers about آنها برنده‌ی جایزه‌ی نوبل، نویسنده‌ی جالبی، را دعوت کردند.

Why is there no Ezafe connecting نوبل (Nobel) to نویسنده‌ی (writer)?
Because نویسنده‌ی جالبی (an interesting writer) is an apposition (or Badal). It acts as a restatement or extra description of the noun phrase before it (برنده‌ی جایزه‌ی نوبل). In Farsi, just like in English, we do not use an Ezafe to connect a noun to its apposition. They simply sit next to each other, usually separated by commas in writing and a slight pause in speech.
Why does the direct object marker را appear after the apposition instead of immediately after نوبل?
The word را must always follow the entire noun phrase that serves as the specific direct object. Because the apposition (نویسنده‌ی جالبی) is fundamentally tied to the main object and acts as a single block of meaning, را has to wait until the very end of that whole sequence.
Why does the indefinite ی attach to the adjective جالب instead of the noun نویسنده?
In Farsi, when you have a noun + adjective combination that is indefinite (meaning it translates to "a" or "an"), the indefinite suffix ی is added to the very end of the phrase. So instead of attaching to نویسنده (writer), it attaches to the adjective جالب (interesting) to form نویسنده‌ی جالبی (an interesting writer).
Why is there a ی attached to the end of نویسنده?
The word نویسنده (writer) ends in a silent ه (eh). When you need to add an Ezafe to connect a word ending in silent ه to its adjective, you cannot just add the "e" vowel sound directly. You have to add the consonant ی (ye) to act as a bridge, which is why it is written as نویسنده‌ی.
