Questions & Answers about بیا چشمانداز خود را با مدیر به اشتراک بگذاریم.
Why use the singular biyâ when the main verb bogzârim is in the 'we' form?
In Farsi, when making a 'let's' proposal to one person informally, you use the singular imperative biyâ (come) followed by the 'we' form of the present subjunctive. If you were speaking to multiple people or being formal, you would use the plural form biyâyid.
Why do we use khod instead of the regular possessive ending for 'our'?
The word khod is a reflexive pronoun that points back to the subject of the sentence. Because the verb bogzârim tells us the subject is 'we', khod automatically translates to 'our'. Using khod instead of the suffix -emân often sounds slightly more polished or professional in a business context like this, though both are correct.
How exactly does the compound verb for 'to share' break down in this sentence?
The infinitive is be eshterâk gozâshtan, which literally means to put to sharing. Because this is a 'let's' proposal, the main verb must be in the present subjunctive. The verb part gozâshtan takes the subjunctive prefix bo- and the 'we' ending -im, resulting in be eshterâk bogzârim.
Why is the object marker râ placed right after khod?
The direct object of the sentence is the entire phrase cheshm-andâz-e khod (our vision). Since this is a specific, known thing being acted upon, it requires the definite object marker râ, which always immediately follows the complete noun phrase it marks.
