Why is tavajjoh konid in the subjunctive form here?
It follows the phrase be jâ-ye inke (instead of). In Farsi, when you say 'instead of doing something', the action you aren't doing is treated as a potential or hypothetical action, so it requires the present subjunctive form.
Why do we use be before havâs-parti but ruy-e before porozhe?
Both of these are compound verbs that require specific prepositions. The verb tavajjoh kardan (to pay attention) always takes the preposition be (to), while tamarkoz kardan (to focus) takes ruy-e (on).
Why isn't there a be- prefix on the subjunctive verbs tavajjoh konid or tamarkoz konid?

Why is the second verb, tamarkoz konid, also in the subjunctive form?
