Questions & Answers about ما میخواهیم فردا از مکانی دیگر بازدید کنیم.
Why does مکان (makan) have an -i ending before دیگر (digar)?
The -i suffix here is the indefinite marker, meaning 'a' or 'an'. So, مکانی (makan-i) means 'a place'. When we add دیگر (digar) right after it, the combination مکانی دیگر (makan-i digar) means 'another place'. You don't use the regular linking vowel (ezāfe) when attaching دیگر to a noun that already has this indefinite -i suffix.
Why do we use the preposition از (az) before 'another place'?
In Farsi, the compound verb بازدید کردن (bazdid kardan), which means 'to visit', strictly requires the preposition از (az) before the place being visited. Even though we just say 'visit a place' in English, in Farsi you are literally saying 'to make a visit from a place'.
Why is the second verb بازدید کنیم (bazdid konim) instead of بازدید میکنیم (bazdid mi-konim)?
Because it follows the verb میخواهیم (mi-khahim), meaning 'we want'. In Farsi, when you say you want to do something, the second verb must be in the subjunctive mood. For compound verbs made with کردن (kardan), we drop the می (mi-) prefix and change it to the subjunctive form, which here is کنیم (konim) to match the 'we' subject.
Could I put فردا (farda) at the very beginning of the sentence?
Yes! Time words like فردا (farda) are very flexible. Putting it after the subject and first verb is perfectly natural, but you could also put it at the very beginning to emphasize 'tomorrow'. Just remember that verbs almost always go at the end, so you wouldn't put it after بازدید کنیم (bazdid konim).
