This happens because of the future tense helper verb zullen (will). In Dutch, when you use a helper verb, it takes the second position in the sentence, and the main action verb (bezoeken) gets pushed to the very end in its full dictionary form (the infinitive).

Why do we use zullen here instead of zal?

Because the subject is we (we). For singular subjects like ik (I) or hij (he), you use zal. For plural subjects like we, jullie (you all), and zij (they), you must use the plural form zullen.

Why is there an -e added to mooi to make mooie?

When an adjective comes directly before a noun, it almost always gets an -e at the end. Because museum is a het-word and we are using the definite article het (the), this standard rule applies and mooi becomes mooie. You would only drop the -e if you used the indefinite article een (a), like in een mooi museum.
