Why is the verb heeft instead of heb?
heeft is the form of the verb hebben (to have) used for "he", "she", or "it". Since de arts (the doctor) is a third-person singular subject, we must use heeft. If the subject was "ik" (I), you would use heb.
Why is nu placed before werk? In English we say "has work now".
