Unconditional resolution (ยังไงก็...)

Unconditional Resolution: ยังไงก็...

To express that an outcome is set in stone or an action must happen regardless of the situation, use ยังไงก็ ("no matter what" or "in any case"). Place it directly before the main verb or negative particle.

This structure is very common when discussing someone who is obstinate (ดื้อรั้น), such as a stubborn elder (ผู้อาวุโส).

You can also use it to declare your own firm resolve, like ensuring you act with good intentions (เจตนาดี).

Dealing with Stubbornness

When a family member stubbornly persists (ดันทุรัง), trying to offer advice (คำแนะนำ) often feels like a waste of time. You can describe this using ป่วยการ (useless) followed by the futile action.

This constant pushback can easily leave you feeling fed up (เอือมระอา).

Emphasizing Duty Despite Frustration

When warning someone or trying to bring them to their senses (เตือนสติ) about negative consequences (ผลเสีย), you might still face resistance. You can combine ยังไงก็ with the conjunction ต่อให้ (even if) to express that you will fulfill your obligations regardless of your frustration.
