Some actions are described directly by placing an adjective right after the verb:

However, to evaluate the quality or skill of a performance, Thai uses ได้ before the adjective.

[Action Verb] + ได้ + [Adjective]

Adding Objects and Context

If the action involves an object or location, complete the action phrase first:

[Action Verb] + [Object/Location] + ได้ + [Adjective]

Asking About Performance

To ask a yes/no question about a performance, place the question word (like หรือเปล่า) at the very end of the sentence.
