Why is the verb form svarat here?
Svarat is the supinum form of the verb svara (to answer). Because svara is a Group 1 verb, you form the supinum by adding an -t to the infinitive to get svarat. It is used together with har to form the present perfect tense.
Why is the word redan (already) placed between the two verbs?
In Swedish main clauses, short adverbs like redan, inte (not), and ofta (often) are usually placed immediately after the first verb. Since har is the first verb here, redan goes right after it, separating har and svarat.
Why is there a på after svarat? We don't say 'answered on' in English.
In Swedish, the verb svara requires the preposition på when you specify what is being answered. You literally say that you answer 'on' a question (svara på en fråga).
Why is it min fråga and not mitt fråga?
You use min because fråga (question) is an en-word (en fråga). If the noun were an ett-word, you would need to use mitt.
