Why is the "I" form veo instead of vo?
The verb here is ver (to see/watch). Normally, for regular verbs ending in "-er", you drop the "-er" and add "-o" (like comer becomes como). But ver is irregular in the yo (I) form because it keeps the "e", making it veo.
Doesn't ver mean "to see" and mirar mean "to watch"? Why use veo for a movie?
