Learn Portuguese (Portugal): Vives onde?

In informal spoken Portuguese, it is very common to put the question word at the end of the sentence for a casual, natural flow. You can also say Onde vives? and it means exactly the same thing.

Why isn't the word for "you" (tu) in this sentence?
