Does the number noventa change if we are counting feminine things?
No, the word noventa (ninety) stays exactly the same. While numbers like 1 and 2 change to match the gender of what you are counting (like um vs uma), the tens from 30 to 100 never change form based on gender.
Why is there an A at the very beginning of the sentence?
In European Portuguese, you usually must include a definite article (o or a, meaning 'the') before a possessive word. Since loja (store) is feminine, we use the feminine article A, literally saying 'the our store'.
Why is it nossa instead of nosso?
Words like 'our' must match the gender of the thing being owned, not the owners! Even if a group of men owns the store, it is still nossa loja because the word loja is feminine.
How does computador become computadores?
