Usages of 〜te aru
箱 は 玄関 に 置いて ある。hako wa genkan ni oite aru.
The box has been placed at the entrance.
席 は もう 予約して ある から、 並ぶ 必要 は ない。seki wa mou yoyakushite aru kara, narabu hitsuyou wa nai.
The seats are already reserved, so we don’t need to line up.
リビング の ソファ の 前 に、 青い カーペット が 敷いて あります。ribingu no sofa no mae ni, aoi kaapetto ga shiite arimasu.
A blue carpet has been laid in front of the sofa in the living room.
壁ぎわ に は 大きな 本棚 が 置いて あって、 上 に は 時計 も かけて あります。kabegiwa ni wa ookina hondana ga oite atte, ue ni wa tokei mo kakete arimasu.
Along the wall, there is a big bookshelf, and a clock is also hung on top of it.
ソファ の 上 に 父 の 上着 が 置いて あって、 少し じゃま です。sofa no ue ni chichi no uwagi ga oite atte, sukoshi jama desu.
